All kitchens were renovated to include new cabinets, granite counter tops, tile backsplashes, stainless steel appliances as well as the addition of microwaves and dishwashers. Bathrooms were updated with new vanities, fixtures and tile. We also improved the building and common areas with new electrical service to the building, entry doors, stairwells, rear porches and landscaping.

All 20 units were renovated and re-leased within the first year of ownership.
